The Leader of Southampton City Council, Councillor Daniel Fitzhenry will welcome the International Conference on Evolving Cities (ICEC 2021) delegates and provide a talk entitled Southampton, a City of opportunity. 

ICEC 2021, is organised by the University of Southampton’s Energy and Climate Change Division and will be hosted at Mayflower MAST Studios, Southampton from 22-24 September 2021. The conference will debate the steps required to propel society towards healthier, vibrant, and low carbon pathways.
